- 20 ml Honey cake syrup
- 20 ml “Almond” syrup
- whipped cream (garnish)

- 1 shot of espresso (30 ml)
- 1 tsp. sesame (2.7 g)
- 5 ml sesame oil
- 50 ml cream
- 200 ml almond milk
Decor : Cream, Marshmallow and confectionery sprinkles.
Cooking method :
- 1. Soak sesame seeds in water for 2 hours in advance;
- 2. Pre-brew espresso;
- 3. Place all ingredients in a milk jug;
- 4. Beat according to the raff preparation method until a homogeneous consistency is obtained;
- 5. Pour into a glass;
- 6. Decorate (Place cream, marshmallows on the finished drink and decorate with confectionery sprinkles).
