Ingredients:

Garnish: raspberry, mint inflorescence

Cooking method:

  1. Brew a shot of espresso
  2. Pour syrup into glass
  3. Fill the glass with crushed ice
  4. Pour tonic into a glass
  5. Mix well
  6. Decorate the drink

Tip: since the drink turns out to be multi-layered, it must be stirred before drinking.

Container for serving: Highball “Savage” glass 330ml D=68,H=146mm clear.
