Ingredients:
- 15 ml ODK Raspberry syrup
- 10 ml ODK Peppermint syrup
- 1 shot of espresso
- 100 ml Indian tonic
Garnish: raspberry, mint inflorescence
Cooking method:
- Brew a shot of espresso
- Pour syrup into glass
- Fill the glass with crushed ice
- Pour tonic into a glass
- Mix well
- Decorate the drink
Tip: since the drink turns out to be multi-layered, it must be stirred before drinking.
