Salted coffee tonic

Ingredients:

• 30 ml CODE Cordial "Fukumoto Orange / French Vanilla / Salt"
• 20 ml ODK Salted Caramel syrup
• 20 ml lime juice
• 100 ml Indian tonic
• 1 shot of espresso

Decoration: orange slices

Cooking method:

1. Brew a shot of espresso
2. Pour syrup, cordial and lemon juice into a glass
3. Place ice in a glass and pour tonic into the glass as a second layer.
4. Garnish the drink with orange slices
5. Pour a third layer into a glass of coffee

Container for serving: Highball "Jazz" chrome glass 450ml D=72,H=133mm clear.
