  • 10 ml “Iris” syrup
  • 15 ml Black Tea Masala syrup
  • 1 shot of espresso (30 ml)
  • 0.5 g nutmeg
  • 5 grams anise
  • 150 ml cream 10%

Decor : Nutmeg and star anise.

Cooking method :

  • 1. Pre-brew espresso;
  • 2. Add all ingredients to the pitcher;
  • 3. Foam using a steamer;
  • 4. Pour into a glass;
  • 5. Decorate.
