- 20 ml “Pear Williams” puree
- lump ice and frappe
- pear chips (garnish)

- 1 shot of espresso (30 ml)
- 80 ml soy milk
Decor : Pear chip.
Cooking method :
- 1. Pre-brew espresso;
- 2. Mix milk with syrup;
- 3. Place ice in a glass;
- 4. Pour layers of puree into a glass, milk mixed with syrup and espresso;
- 5. Add ice to the frappe;
- 6. Decorate.
