Vegan Cold Brew Pear with Matcha Tea

  • 10 ml “Matcha Green Tea” syrup
  • 20 ml “Pear Williams” puree
  • lump ice and frappe
  • pear chips (garnish)
  • matcha tea
  • 1 shot of espresso (30 ml)
  • 80 ml soy milk

Decor : Pear chip.

Cooking method :

  • 1. Pre-brew espresso;
  • 2. Mix milk with syrup;
  • 3. Place ice in a glass;
  • 4. Pour layers of puree into a glass, milk mixed with syrup and espresso;
  • 5. Add ice to the frappe;
  • 6. Decorate.
