Carrot cheesecake

  • 70 ml “Carrot” puree
  • 2 Oreo cookies
  • 100 g sour cream 15%
  • 150 g curd cheese
  • 200 ml cream 33%

Decor : S/M berries.

Cooking method :

  • 1. Cheese, sour cream, cream and puree MONIN Mix carrots using a blender;
  • 2. Pour 0.5 l into the creamer, fill the bottle with N₂0;
  • 3. Cool in the refrigerator (30-40 minutes);
  • 4. Place crumbs of Oreo cookies on the bottom of the glass, and cream cheesecake from the creamer on top;
  • 5. Decorate.
