- 70 ml “Carrot” puree
- 2 Oreo cookies
- 100 g sour cream 15%
- 150 g curd cheese
- 200 ml cream 33%
Decor : S/M berries.
Cooking method :
- 1. Cheese, sour cream, cream and puree MONIN Mix carrots using a blender;
- 2. Pour 0.5 l into the creamer, fill the bottle with N₂0;
- 3. Cool in the refrigerator (30-40 minutes);
- 4. Place crumbs of Oreo cookies on the bottom of the glass, and cream cheesecake from the creamer on top;
- 5. Decorate.
