- 150 ml “Carrot” puree
- A pinch of salt
- 0.5 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp baking powder for dough
- 1 chicken egg (or half a medium banana mashed)
- 1.5 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. cane sugar
- 50 g ground walnuts
- 50 g dried cherries (or raisins)
- 100 g flour
- 150 g Extra oat flakes (It is better to take Extra oat flakes, because they are softer)

Cooking method :
- 1. Mix dry ingredients: flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and baking powder;
- 2.1 In another bowl, mix butter and cane sugar;
- 2.2 Pour in the egg or mashed half of a banana;
- 2.3 Mix thoroughly;
- 2.4 Add carrot puree;
- 3. Stir dry ingredients into the resulting mixture;
- 4. Add oatmeal, chopped nuts and cherries or raisins;
- 5. Mix the resulting dough (the dough is quite thick);
- 6. Leave the dough to stand for 15-20 minutes so that the flakes swell a little;
- 7. Using a spoon, place the dough on a greased baking sheet;
- 8. Bake in an oven preheated to 190°C for 10-15 minutes;
- 9. When the edges of the cookies turn golden, the cookies are ready;
