Honey punch

  • 20 ml “Honey” syrup
  • 20 ml “Peach” syrup
  • 5 grams of anise (decoration)
  • 10 g cinnamon (garnish)
  • 15 g lemon (garnish)
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 150 ml chamomile tea

Decor : Lemon slice, cinnamon stick and star anise.

Cooking method :

  • 1. Pre-brew chamomile tea;
  • 2. Mix all ingredients in a pitcher;
  • 3. Heat using a steamer;
  • 4. Pour into a highball glass;
  • 5. Decorate.

Honey punch is a spicy mix of honey, peach, lemon juice, spices and chamomile tea.

Punches are cocktails that contain fruit or fruit juice. Today, punch is served cold or hot. Instead of rum, bourbon, cognac or other strong alcoholic drink can be used. When preparing punch, water is sometimes replaced with milk.
