- 10 ml concentrated lemon juice Pinch&Drop
- 20 ml Pinch&Drop Lemon Tart syrup
- 20 ml Pinch&Drop “Mandarin” syrup
- 1 bag of black tea
- 2 g thyme
- 30 g grapefruit
- 180 ml boiling water

- 1. Pre-brew black tea;
- 2. Place all ingredients in the pitcher;
- 3. Warm up the coffee machine with the steam pipe;
- 4. Pour into a glass.
