- 10 ml concentrated lime juice Pinch&Drop

- 30 ml Pinch&Drop topping “Orange”
- 1 pinch juniper berries
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 4 g tarragon
- 30 g kumquat
- 30 g lime
- 30 g grapefruit
- 30 g orange
- 300 ml brewed green tea
Decor : Orange slice.
Cooking method :
- 1. Place fruit, syrups and toppings in the kettle;
- 2. Mash with a muddler;
- 3. Add the remaining ingredients;
- 4. Warm up the coffee machine with the steam pipe;
- 5. Decorate.
