- 10 ml Pinch&Drop topping “Orange”
- 20 ml Pinch&Drop syrup “Blackcurrant”
- 20 ml concentrated lemon juice Pinch&Drop
- 4 g tarragon
- 12 g kumquat (1 piece)
- 30 g chokeberry
- 30 g tangerine
- 300 ml boiling water
Decor : Orange and kumquat slices.
Cooking method :
- Place all ingredients, except boiling water, into the pitcher;
- Mash with a muddler;
- Add boiling water (300 ml);
- Warm up the steam pipe of the coffee machine;
- Decorate.
