- 10 ml Basil syrup
- 20 ml “Beetroot” puree
- lump ice
- fresh basil
- sunflower seeds (decoration)
- 50 g cheese foam
- 150 ml chilled hibiscus tea (5 g per 150 ml water)
Decor : Sunflower seeds.
Cooking method :
- 1. Pre-brew and cool hibiscus tea;
- 2. Fill the glass with ice;
- 3. Mix all ingredients except foam in a mixing glass;
- 4. Shake in a shaker and pour into a glass;
- 5. Place foam on top;
- 6. Decorate.
