Beetroot tea with basil and cheese foam

  • 10 ml Basil syrup
  • 20 ml “Beetroot” puree
  • lump ice
  • fresh basil
  • sunflower seeds (decoration)
  • 50 g cheese foam
  • 150 ml chilled hibiscus tea (5 g per 150 ml water)

Decor : Sunflower seeds.

Cooking method :

  • 1. Pre-brew and cool hibiscus tea;
  • 2. Fill the glass with ice;
  • 3. Mix all ingredients except foam in a mixing glass;
  • 4. Shake in a shaker and pour into a glass;
  • 5. Place foam on top;
  • 6. Decorate.
