Berry-refreshing birch Ice Tea

Ingredients:

• 20 ml ODK “Wild Berries” syrup
• 20 ml ODK Mojito syrup
• 10 ml lemon juice
• 75 ml birch sap
• 1 PC. black tea bags
• 100 ml hot water

Decoration: berries, mint leaves

Cooking method:

1. Brew tea in hot water in a pitcher
2. Pour syrup and lemon juice into a glass
3. Fill the glass with crushed ice
4. Add birch sap
5. Remove the tea bag and pour the tea into a glass
6. Mix well
7. Decorate the drink

Serving container: Wine glass “Speakeasy Swing” 0.55 l D=93, H=227mm clear.
