- 3 g grapefruit zest
- 4 g lemongrass
- 7 g buckwheat tea
- 300 ml boiling water

Cooking method :
- 1. Pre-prepare buckwheat tea;
- 1.1. Pour boiling water over tea, lemongrass and grapefruit zest;
- 1.2. Infuse and cool the tea;
- 2. Place juice, syrup and 150 ml of buckwheat tea in a glass with ice;
- 3. Mix well;
- 4. Decorate.
