- 20 ml “Kiwi” puree
- 20 ml Basil syrup
- 1 bag of black tea
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 100 ml Sprite or 7up lemonade
- 100 ml hot water
Decor : Kiwi slices and green basil leaves.
Cooking method :
- 1. Pre-brew black tea;
- 2. Pour syrup, puree and lemon juice into another glass;
- 3. Then fill the glass with chunky ice and pour a second layer of lemonade;
- 4. Remove the tea bag and pour the third layer of tea into the glass;
- 5. Garnish the carbonated ice cream with kiwi slices and basil leaves.
