- 30 ml Bergamot syrup
- 60 ml “Mango” puree
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 900 ml chamomile tea (5 g tea leaves per 1 liter of water)
Decor : Chamomile flower.
Cooking method :
- 1. Brew chamomile tea;
- 2. Filter the tea;
- 3. Add all other ingredients and cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour;
- 4. Then pour into the siphon for iSi nitro cocktails , art. 2120335;
- 5. Carbonate with 1 canister of iSi N₂ nitrogen , art. 2140415;
- 6. Shake the siphon well;
- 7. Pour a portion into a glass;
- 8. Decorate.
