Hibiscus nitro tea with vanilla and cherries

  • 30 ml French Vanilla syrup
  • 50 ml Cherry syrup
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 900 ml hibiscus tea (10 g tea leaves per 1 liter of water)

Decor : Ice cube.

Cooking method :

  • 1. Pre-brew hibiscus tea;
  • 2. Filter the tea;
  • 3. Add all other ingredients and cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour;
  • 4. Pour into a siphon for iSi nitro cocktails , art. 2120335;
  • 5. Carbonate with 1 canister of iSi N₂ nitrogen , art. 2140415;
  • 6. Shake the siphon well;
  • 7. Pour a portion into a glass;
  • 8. Decorate.
