- 30 ml French Vanilla syrup
- 50 ml Cherry syrup
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 900 ml hibiscus tea (10 g tea leaves per 1 liter of water)
Decor : Ice cube.
Cooking method :
- 1. Pre-brew hibiscus tea;
- 2. Filter the tea;
- 3. Add all other ingredients and cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour;
- 4. Pour into a siphon for iSi nitro cocktails , art. 2120335;
- 5. Carbonate with 1 canister of iSi N₂ nitrogen , art. 2140415;
- 6. Shake the siphon well;
- 7. Pour a portion into a glass;
- 8. Decorate.
