Ice tea rooibos with pear and salted caramel

  • 10 ml “Salted Caramel” syrup
  • 30 m “Pear Williams” puree
  • lump ice
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 250 ml chilled rooibos tea

Decor : Pear slice and thyme.

Cooking method :

  • 1. Pour syrup and puree into a glass;
  • 2. Glass filled with ice;
  • 3. Add juice and rooibos tea;
  • 4. Mix well;
  • 5. Decorate.
