- 10 ml “Mandarin” syrup
- 20 ml Barbados Cherry syrup
- 1 bag of black tea
- 1 glass of crushed ice
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 30 g cherries s/m
- 100 ml hot water
- 100 ml sprite / 7 up
Decor : Tangerine slices and mint inflorescences.
Cooking method :
- 1. Brew black tea;
- 2. Place cherries in a glass, pour in syrups, lemon juice and add ice;
- 3. Carefully pour a second layer of soda over the syrups;
- 4. Pour tea in a third layer;
- 5. Decorate.
- 6. * Warn the guest that the cocktail needs to be stirred!
