  • 10 ml “Raspberry” puree
  • 15 ml Pink Pepper syrup
  • 20 ml Raspberry Tea syrup
  • lump ice
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 250 ml water

Decor : Fresh raspberries, a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint.

Cooking method :

  • 1. Mix all ingredients in a large highball glass;
  • 2. Top up with ice;
  • 3. Stir the contents of the highball glass;
  • 4. Decorate.
