- 20 ml P&D Green Apple syrup

- 80 ml milk oolong tea (5 g tea per 80 ml water)
- 90 ml soda
Decor : Thyme and apple chip.
Cooking method :
- Pre-brew milk oolong tea;
- Fill the glass with ice;
- Combine all ingredients except soda in a mixing glass;
- Shake the mixed ingredients in a shaker and pour into a glass;
- Add sparkling water and stir;
- Decorate.
