Tea with dessert

• 10 ml concentrated lime juice Pinch&Drop
• 20 ml Pinch&Drop Lemon Tart syrup
• 20 ml Pinch&Drop “Passion Fruit” syrup
• lump ice
• 50 g grapefruit
• 150 ml black tea

Decor : Thyme sprig.

Cooking method :

• 1. Place grapefruit and syrups in a glass;
• 2. Mash the contents of the glass;
• 3. Add ice and remaining ingredients;
• 4. Mix well;
• 5. Decorate.
