Aquafresco green apple with lemongrass

• 20 ml P&D Green Apple syrup
• 20 ml P&D Lemongrass syrup
• lump ice
• 20 ml lemon juice
• 50 g fresh apple
• 50 ml still water
• 150 ml sparkling water

Decor : Apple slices and lemongrass stem.

Cooking method :

1. Place all ingredients except soda water in blender jar;
2. Beat until smooth;
3. Fill the glass with crushed ice;
4. Pour the drink into a glass and add sparkling water;
5. Mix well;
6. Decorate.
