- 20 ml “Cherry plum” syrup
- 30 ml “Carrot” puree
- lump ice
- 10 g lemon
- 150 ml still water
Decor : Persimmon slice and lemon slice.
Cooking method :
- 1. Place all ingredients except ice in a blender bowl;
- 2. Beat until a homogeneous consistency is obtained;
- 3. Fill the glass with chunky ice;
- 4. Pour the drink into a glass;
- 5. Decorate.
