- 10 ml Pink Grapefruit syrup
- 30 ml “Rhubarb” puree
- lump ice
- 10 g (1 slice) lemon with zest
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 150 ml still water
Decor : Lemon slices.
Cooking method :
- 1. Place all ingredients in a blender bowl;
- 2. Beat until a homogeneous consistency is obtained;
- 3. Fill the glass with ice;
- 4. Pour the drink into a glass;
- 5. Decorate.
