- 15 ml ODK Yuzu puree
- 15 ml ODK “Pink grapefruit” puree
- lump ice
- 2 drops Bubble drops
- 10 ml lime juice
- 40 ml grapefruit juice
- 50 ml Indian tonic
Decor : Grapefruit slice.
Cooking method :
- Pour all ingredients, except Indian Tonic, into a shaker filled 2/3 full with ice;
- Mix the ingredients well in a shaker;
- Fill the glass with crushed ice;
- Pour the cocktail from the shaker into a glass using a strainer and add Indian tonic;
- Decorate.
