- 10 ml Mojito syrup
- 10 ml Curacao Triple Sec syrup
- lump ice
- 1 shot of espresso (30 ml)
- 100 ml Indian tonic
Decor : Lime wedge, orange wedge and mint leaves.
Cooking method :
- 1. Pre-brew espresso;
- 2. Place all ingredients except ice in a blender;
- 3. Beat until smooth;
- 4. Pour into a glass filled with ice;
- 5. Stir;
- 6. Decorate.
