- 30 ml “Strawberry” syrup
- 1 glass of crushed ice
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 40 g ice cream
- 150 ml sparkling water
Decor : Mint inflorescence and strawberries.
Cooking method :
- 1. Pour syrup and lemon juice into a glass;
- 2. Fill a glass with chunky ice, add sparkling water;
- 3. Mix well and add ice;
- 4. Place a scoop of ice cream on top;
- 5. Decorate.
