Ginger lemonade with pear

  • 10 ml Bergamot syrup
  • 30 ml “Pear Williams” puree
  • lump ice
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 100 ml ginger ale

Decor : Slices of pear and ginger root.

Cooking method :

  • 1. Pour puree, syrup and lemon dream into a glass;
  • 2. Fill the glass with chunky ice;
  • 3. Add ginger ale;
  • 4. Mix well;
  • 5. Decorate.

Ginger lemonade with pear is a refreshing mix of bergamot, pear, lemon juice and ginger ale.
