- 10 ml Bergamot syrup
- 30 ml “Pear Williams” puree
- lump ice
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 100 ml ginger ale
Decor : Slices of pear and ginger root.
Cooking method :
- 1. Pour puree, syrup and lemon dream into a glass;
- 2. Fill the glass with chunky ice;
- 3. Add ginger ale;
- 4. Mix well;
- 5. Decorate.
