Italian style cream soda

• 15 ml ODK Passion Fruit syrup
• 25 ml ODK Yuzu puree
• lump ice
• 30 ml grapefruit juice
• 150 ml sparkling water

Decor : Pear slice and lime zest.

Cooking method :

1. Pour syrup and puree into a glass;
2. Fill the glass with ice;
3. Add juice and sparkling water;
4. Mix the ingredients;
5. Decorate.
