Lemonade Crumble-Bumble

Ingredients:

• 40 ml CODE Cordial “Lemon Crumble”
• 30 ml ODK Mojito syrup
• 30 ml lemon juice
• 100 ml ginger tonic
• 30 ml egg white

Decoration: mint inflorescence

Cooking method:

1. Chill the glass with crushed ice
2. Fill the majority of the shaker 2/3 full with crushed ice.
3. Pour all ingredients into a small part of a shaker except tonic water.
4. Drain most of the shaker, close the shaker and shake all ingredients well.
5. Remove ice from the glass and pour the drink into the glass using a strainer
6. Decorate the drink

Container for serving: Highball “Mod” chrome glass 430ml D=74,H=135mm clear.
