- 30 ml “Carrot” puree
- lump ice
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 50 ml still water
- 150 ml orange juice
Decor : Orange slice and lemon slice.
Cooking method :
- 1. Pour puree and lemon juice into a glass;
- 2. Fill the glass with chunky ice;
- 3. Add orange juice and still water;
- 4. Mix well with a bar spoon;
- 5. Decorate.
