Mango-peach lemonade

Ingredients:

• 30 ml Pinch&Drop “Mango” puree
• 15 ml Pinch&Drop syrup “Peach”
• 5 ml Pinch&Drop “Passion Fruit” syrup
• 10 ml of Pinch&Drop drink “Concentrated lemon juice”
• 170 ml soda
• 3 g mint leaves

Garnish: orange zest, mint

Cooking method:

1. Place all ingredients in a glass except soda and mint
2. Add ice (heaped) and mint leaves
3. Pour soda
4. Mix everything
5. Decorate the drink

Container for serving: Highball “Mixology texture” xr. glass 480ml D=71,H=157mm clear.
