Passion fruit cocktail with pear

• 10 ml concentrated lemon juice Pinch&Drop
• 20 ml Pinch&Drop “Pear” syrup
• 20 ml Pinch&Drop “Passion Fruit” syrup
• lump ice
• 1 slice tangerine zest
• 30 ml passion fruit puree with seeds
• 100 ml soda

Decor : Orange zest, pear and mint inflorescence.

Cooking method :

• 1. Place all ingredients in a glass with ice;
• 2. Mix well;
• 3. Decorate.
