Passion fruit-pear lemonade

Ingredients:

• 10 ml Pinch&Drop syrup “Pear”
• 15 ml Pinch&Drop “Passion Fruit” syrup
• 30 ml Pinch&Drop puree “Passion fruit”
• 10 ml of Pinch&Drop drink “Concentrated lemon juice”
• 20 g pear
• 100 ml soda

Garnish: pear slices, mint

Cooking method:

1. Place the sliced pear into a glass
2. Add all other ingredients except soda
3. Add ice (heaped)
4. Pour soda to the top
5. Mix everything
6. Decorate the drink

Container for serving: Highball "Diamond" chrome glass 480ml D=72,H=157mm clear.
