Taste of the sun

Ingredients:

• 30 ml P&D puree “Passion fruit with stone”
• 15 ml P&D White Peach syrup
• 10 ml concentrated lemon juice P&D
• 150 ml Indian tonic

Cooking method:

1. Place all ingredients in a glass with ice
2. Mix well
3. Decorate

Decoration: Sprig of young thyme

Container for serving: Highball “Eclipse” cold glass 480ml D=90,H=145mm clear.
