Ingredients:
- 130 ml cream 11%
- 30 ml egg yolk
- 20 ml egg white
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 20 ml P&D Tiramisu syrup
Cooking method:
- Place all components in the pitcher
- Gently heat with a steam vent so that the egg white does not cook or curdle.
- Pour into a glass
Serving container: Mug “Marmalade” glass 325ml D=81,H=119mm clear.
