Eggnog tiramisu

Ingredients:

  • 130 ml cream 11%
  • 30 ml egg yolk
  • 20 ml egg white
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 20 ml P&D Tiramisu syrup

Cooking method:

  1. Place all components in the pitcher
  2. Gently heat with a steam vent so that the egg white does not cook or curdle.
  3. Pour into a glass

Serving container: Mug “Marmalade” glass 325ml D=81,H=119mm clear.
