- 20 ml “Winter Spices” syrup
- 30 ml “Beetroot” puree
- 1 bag of black tea
- 1 star anise
- 2 carnation inflorescences
- 200 ml hot water
Decor : Slices of boiled beets.
Cooking method :
- 1. Pre-brew black tea;
- 2. Place all ingredients in the pitcher;
- 3. Warm up the drink with the steam pipe of the coffee machine;
- 4. Mix well;
- 5. Pour into a glass;
- 6. Decorate.
