Berry punch

  • 20 ml Pinch&Drop “Yuzu” syrup
  • 30 ml of Pinch&Drop topping “Wild berries”
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 bay leaf (garnish)
  • 1 cinnamon stick (garnish)
  • 20 g kumquat
  • 30 g berries s/m
  • 50 ml boiling water
  • 150 ml cranberry juice

Decor : Bay leaf and cinnamon stick.

Cooking method :

  • 1. Place all ingredients in the pitcher;
  • 2. Warm up the coffee machine with the steam pipe;
  • 3. Pour the contents of the pitcher into a glass;
  • 4. Decorate.
