Cocktail Berry Day

• 5 ml Pinch&Drop syrup “Grenadine”
• 10 ml of Pinch&Drop topping “Wild berries”
• ice frappe
• 20 g cranberries s/m
• 120 ml apple juice

Decor : Pink pepper and Raffaello candy (raspberry).

Cooking method :

• 1. Place berries, syrup and topping in a shaker;
• 2. Mash with a muddler and add apple juice;
• 3. Beat well;
• 4. Fill the glass with frappe ice;
• 5. Pour into a glass using a strainer and sieve;
• 6. Decorate.
