Cocktail Tropical cloud

• 10 ml Pinch&Drop syrup “Orange”
• 10 ml concentrated lemon juice Pinch&Drop
• lump ice
• 1 star anise (decoration)
• 20 ml egg white
• 40 ml pineapple juice

Decor : star anise.

Cooking method :

• 1. Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice;
• 2. Pour the cocktail into a glass using a strainer and sieve;
• 3. Decorate.
