- 10 ml “Cinnamon” syrup
- 30 ml “Carrot” puree
- 1 star anise (decoration)
- 1 cinnamon stick (garnish)
- 3 cardamom seeds
- 3 carnation inflorescences
- 50 ml hot water
- 150 ml apple juice
Decor : star anise and cinnamon.
Cooking method :
- 1. Place all ingredients in the pitcher;
- 2. Warm up the coffee machine with the steam pipe;
- 3. Mix well;
- 4. Pour the drink into a mug;
- 5. Decorate.
