Orange non-alcoholic punch with rhubarb and spiced berries

  • 20 ml “Spicy Berries” syrup
  • 30 ml “Rhubarb” puree
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 carnation inflorescences
  • 150 ml orange juice
  • 200 ml hot water

Decor : Orange slices.

Cooking method :

  • 1. Place all ingredients in the pitcher;
  • 2. Warm up the coffee machine with the steam pipe;
  • 3. Mix well;
  • 4. Pour the drink into a mug;
  • 5. Decorate.
