Pear punch with basil

  • 10 ml Basil syrup
  • 30 ml “Pear Williams” puree
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 pcs. cardamom seeds
  • 3 carnation inflorescences
  • 5 g basil
  • 50 ml apple juice
  • 150 ml hot water

Decor : Basil and pear slices.

Cooking method :

  • 1. Place all ingredients in the pitcher;
  • 2. Warm up the coffee machine with the steam pipe;
  • 3. Mix well;
  • 4. Pour the drink into a glass;
  • 5. Decorate.
