- 10 ml Tonka Bean Syrup
- 20 ml Bergamot syrup
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 star anise
- 3 carnation inflorescences
- 30 ml spiced rum
- 50 g pineapple s/m
- 50 ml hot water
- 150 ml pineapple juice
Decor : Pineapple slice.
Cooking method :
- 1. Place all ingredients in the pitcher;
- 2. Warm up the coffee machine with the steam pipe;
- 3. Mix well;
- 4. Pour the drink into a mug;
- 5. Decorate.

Grogs are warming low-alcohol drinks based on tea and rum with the addition of spices and citruses. A characteristic feature of grog is its spicy and sweet taste. Today this hot alcoholic drink includes cinnamon and ginger. In addition to rum, I often add vodka, cognac, whiskey or absinthe to grog.
