Wassail Punch from England

  • 20 ml “Winter Spices” syrup
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 quail egg
  • 2 pinch nutmeg
  • 3 cardamom seeds
  • 20 ml brandy
  • 125 ml dry sherry

Decor : Apple slices.

Cooking method :

  • 1. Place all ingredients in the pitcher;
  • 2. Warm up the coffee machine with the steam pipe;
  • 3. Mix well;
  • 4. Pour into a glass;
  • 5. Decorate.
