Recipes for simple and healthy smoothies, whipped in a blender, which can be created very quickly (from four to seven minutes) both in a bar and at home, have been collected by professional bartenders of the Complex Bar company for you.

Simple and beloved smoothie recipes for children, ideal for breakfast and good for the intestines, are already presented on the site (and their original versions): fruit and vegetable smoothies, berries and smoothies with milk, kefir and yogurt. We also tried to diversify the color palette: from white and pink to green smoothies.
