- 10 ml “Black Currant” syrup
- 15 ml “Beetroot” puree
- 15 ml Blueberry puree
- 1 glass of crushed ice
- 30 g blackcurrant s/m
- 120 ml cranberry juice
Decor : Mint inflorescence and beet slices.
Cooking method :
- 1. Place all ingredients in a blender bowl;
- 2. Beat until a homogeneous consistency is obtained;
- 3. Pour into a glass;
- 4. Decorate.
