- 10 ml Barbados Cherry syrup
- 30 ml “Carrot” puree
- 1 glass of crushed ice
- 50 ml cream 10%
- 70 ml cranberry juice
Decor : Carrot slices and cocktail cherries.
Cooking method :
- 1. Place all ingredients in a blender bowl;
- 2. Beat until a homogeneous consistency is obtained;
- 3. Pour into a glass;
- 4. Decorate.
