Cocktail Tomato mix

• 10 ml “Spicy” syrup
• lump ice
• 1 PC. processed cheese in triangles
• 1 tbsp. l. sour cream
• 2 g salt
• 2 g pepper
• 2 dashes Tabasco sauce (red)
• 200 ml tomato juice

Decor : Cherry tomato and pepper crust on the rim of the glass.

Cooking method :

• 1. Place all ingredients in a blender bowl;
• 2. Beat until smooth;
• 3. Fill the glass with chunky ice;
• 4. Pour the drink into a glass;
• 5. Decorate.
